What time should guests arrive for the ceremony?

Guest should arrive around 4:00pm - 4:15pm.

Is the reception indoors or outdoors?

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside surrounded by the beautiful New Hampshire foliage. The reception will be held inside the barn.

Will I need to travel from the ceremony space to the reception area?

No! The entire event will be held on site at the Barn at Bull Meadow.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Either semi-formal or formal attire is acceptable!

Can I take pictures on my cell phone during the ceremony?

We request absolutely no use of cell phones during the ceremony. Our two excellent photographers will capture the whole thing! Photos and video are welcome during the reception to follow.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel?

Yes! If you are staying in one of the designated room blocks for either side, a shuttle will be provided to and from the venue. More information is available via the online RSVP form, and details will be provided closer to the event date.

Is there on-site parking available?

Yes! There are 80 self-park spaces available in a paved lot, and three handicap parking spots near the main entrance. We recommend car pooling if you're planning to drive and park on site!

Are there any other events scheduled for the weekend of the wedding?

There will be a brunch for guests the morning following the wedding. More information is available via the online RSVP form.

Are kids welcome at the wedding?

While we love your little ones, due to a large guest count, the wedding will be adults-only except for a few select children. If your kids were invited, it will be specified on your invitation.
